Ollies' fine meats and Sausages are well known for their specialised sausages.Our products are Tim Noakes friendly. Unlike supermarkets, our sausages contain no carbs, starch, rusk, additives, gluten etc. People from as far as Somerset West and Gordon's bay travel to Bettys Bay to buy Willems sausages. The sausages are also sold at markets such as the market in Durbanville on Saturdays. Here are some of the main ingredients which is used for the different sausages. (We purposefully leave out some ingredients as its is part of our trade secrets.):

Boerewors

Roasted Coliander, Nutmeg and clove. Our Windroog boerewors contain the same ingredients as the normal boerewors but are just smoked for extra flavour.

Toulouse Sausage

The Toulouse sausage contains four spices, Fresh herbs and garlic.

Argentino

The Argentino sausage contains Smoked Paprika, Bay-Leaves and Cherry.

Siciliana

The Siciliana sausage contains red wine, fresh chilies, and other secret ingredients.

Salsicce

Our Salcisse sausage contains Fennel and Orange Zest.

Cumberland

Our Cumberland sausage contains Sage and Nutmeg

Other meat products. We sell all meats one would expect to find at a Butchery. One does not need to travel to Kleinmond or Strand if you want to buy fresh meats in Betty's Bay. Meats we sell include Biltong, Dried Meats, Cabanossi, Droë wors, Steaks, Chops, Ribs, Pork Belly, Frozen farm chickens, Salami's, Smoked Pork Neck. We also stock Bacon, Cold meats, and cheeses. In our Deli section, you will find all kinds of treats like Milk Tart, Rusks, and artisan bread like ciabatta.
